Business Data Analyst (OAK)

This role requires knowledge and experience of query language skills (SQL, etc.) in one or more relational databases and background in statistical data analysis to help a growing content business with ad-hoc data requests. This position will work with all levels of business and technical subject matter experts in the elicitation, modeling, documentation and management of data and business and systems requirements. The Business Analyst will provide ad-hoc query support, create reports, and provide support to users who use the business intelligence tools.

Head of Customer Advocacy, Ask.fm (NYC or IRE)

The Head of Customer Advocacy is a key leader in the Community Operations team and will be responsible for managing all operational activities related to customer support and advocacy – including user safety, security, privacy, content, review policy enforcement and content moderation. You will lead the company’s global internal and outsourced teams who work around the clock, 7 days a week to deliver safer and fun customer experiences.

Must be able to travel to and work with the existing team in Latvia regularly for first 3-6 months.

Head of Legal Counsel and Privacy & Security, Ask.fm (Dublin, IRE)

We need a hands-on, business-oriented Head of Legal Counsel that loves solving problems and enjoys finding creative legal solutions to avoid inhibiting business opportunities where possible. You would be responsible for all legal support Ask.fm, local laws and regulations in regions we operate in, data compliance, data security, public safety, law enforcement liaison and other legal matters as the Head of Legal, Privacy & Security for ask.fm.

General Counsel (OAK)

We need a hands-on, business-oriented GC that loves solving problems and hates inhibiting business opportunities. You would be responsible for all legal support of IMG and its portfolio of companies (currently including Ask.com, About.com Urbanspoon, ConsumerSearch, Investopedia and PriceRunner) as well as our current and future acquisition prospects. Your responsibilities will range from strategy and policy development to managing all day-to-day legal and contracting matters.

BI Data & Analytics Director (OAK)

This is a mid-to-senior level role for an data and analytics subject matter expert with solid understanding of and experience with web / mobile analytics tools, server-side data capture, SQL and no-SQL data systems. Key responsibilities include defining, driving and implementing data instrumentation strategy, preparing product and business requirements, and managing an analytics tools team. This position will require you to lead cross-functional teams, working with product managers, engineers, data architects and analysts to craft end-to-end analytics solutions and increase organizational awareness and knowledge of the data value chain.
