The SEM Analyst helps us understand how keyword characteristics, seasonal trends, and other factors impact our portfolio performance and bidding systems in order to maximize ROI and maintain revenue growth. The ideal candidate is:
Familiar with PPC management and the SEM business model
Excited to work on a large, complex data sets to drive business decisions
Comfortable with diverse statistical / analytical methods
Capable of summarizing complex findings into concise, deliverable results
Able to communicate findings clearly and concisely
The Director of SEM Analytics will lead a team of results-oriented analysts to use performance trends and keyword characteristics to drive business decisions. You’ll work with Inform Media Group’s diverse portfolio of sites (Ask.com, About.com, Shop411.com, Pronto.com, and others), developing testing strategies to optimize each domain’s unique KPIs.

The SEM Portfolio Manager will be a part of the SEM team for About.com (managed at Ask.com in Oakland). This is an exciting opportunity to manage a large keyword portfolio that generates significant revenue for the company.
